Through our Leadership Development Pathways, New Leaders provides an immersive, competency-based training experience that provides school and district leaders at multiple levels—from teacher leaders to principal supervisors—with the interactive tools, instructional strategies, individualized coaching, and community support required to deliver breakthrough results and sustained student outcomes.
The National Aspiring Principals Fellowship is an online principal preparation and master’s degree program that trains the next generation of equity-focused school leaders who better reflect the students they serve.
A first-of-its-kind partnership with two prestigious historically Black institutions, Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University, the Fellowship integrates the 20+ year research and evidence-base of New Leaders nationally renowned principal preparation program and equity-centered conceptual frameworks of Morehouse and Clark Atlanta into a transformative and cohort-based online learning experience. This is principal preparation at its finest.

Our Principal Coaching services provide confidential, trusted thought partnership and feedback for individual school leaders. Each coaching session utilizes a cycle of inquiry to drive deep thinking and build the capacity of leaders to reflect, analyze, problem-solve independently, and achieve personal growth goals.
Transformational school leaders are the leverage point for moving schools from struggling to great. Strong school leaders can further accelerate their impact on student learning and well-being when working with equally strong instructional leadership teams. In our Instructional Leadership Team Summits (ILT Summits), school teams learn how to work together effectively as they implement and monitor collaborative planning processes designed to accelerate equity and excellence throughout the building.

System-Level Consulting services offer targeted guidance to help senior district and other system leaders develop actionable strategies and implementation plans that get results. Consulting services are custom-tailored to meet the needs of each district or system, but may include: support around organizational effectiveness, system-wide diagnostics, action planning and KPIs, performance management, and culture and climate planning. System leaders who participate in our custom consulting engagements will outline the action steps required to achieve their system-wide goals and measure their progress against clear leading indicators.
