Dr. Krista Lewis-Johnson currently serves as National Senior Executive Director of Program Design & Leadership Academy at New Leaders. In her role, she leads a team of skilled designers who develop our curricula, and she develops our staff to deliver our programming with agility, creativity, and fidelity. Dr. Lewis-Johnson finds great joy in this work as she is an advocate for equity and access for all children.
