Through our leadership services, we partner with states, districts and charter organizations to advance the policies and practices that support transformational leadership.
Using our EPIC Knowledge System, we provide high-quality leadership development for sitting assistant principals, principals and principal managers for partner school districts and charter management organizations (CMOs), preparing them to take on the challenge of implementing reforms and driving achievement for students in their buildings. Our approach combines information about practices proven to drive gains in high-need schools with self-reflection and on-the-job application to allow principals and assistant principals to grow their leadership capacity in real time.
We develop leadership policies, practices and tools for partner school systems (districts, CMOs and states) that provide the management and support that principals need to improve school performance. We advocate for policies related to principal and teacher quality and evaluation, human capital management, standards and assessments, and other measures that support principals in their efforts to drive change in underperforming schools.
