Emerging Leaders Program

At this time, we are not offering the Emerging Leaders Program in Charlotte. Therefore, we encourage all candidates who are interested in applying to our Aspiring Principals Program in Charlotte to apply by first filling out the Eligibility Pre-Screening Form on our website.

Aspiring Principals Program

Through our rigorous selection process, intensive training program and ongoing support, we provide a pathway for current and former educators to become outstanding principals of high-need public schools.

If you are not currently in a school-based instructional or instructional leadership role and/or you do not currently live in Charlotte, you can start the application process to the Aspiring Principals Program by filling out the Eligibility Pre-screening Form. Eligibility Requirements

We require all Charlotte program applicants to have:

• A minimum of two years of full-time experience teaching in a K-12 classroom
• A bachelor’s degree from a 4-year school
